Since launching in early 2023, Bread & Butter Poetry Slam has established itself as the premiere event for emerging and youth poets from all over Gadigal and its neighbouring suburbs.This December, Bread & Butter champions from every slam of 2026 will return to battle it out for the title of 2026 Poetry Slampion. Come for the storytelling, wordsmithery and laughs; stay for the circus that is points-based scoring awarded by random members of the audience.
