The bewitching impresario boldly takes command of the stage inviting us to witness this extraordinary ‘art’ amid its unfolding complexities—and our own morbid curiosity. From the award-winning team behind Kafka’s The Metamorphosis, director and choreographer Arthur Pita reunites with renowned dance legend Edward Watson as the Hunger Artist, and internationally acclaimed postmodern diva Meow Meow as the Impresario. With live music by uniquely eclectic composer/musician Frank Moon. This seminal work by Kafka brings a haunting narrative to life, exploring sacrifice, obsession, and the relentless pursuit of artistic perfection.
