STF returns to UNESCO World Heritage Zollverein in Essen from July 9–11, 2027, for its sixth edition. Set across the monumental grounds of the former coal mine and coking plant, Stone Techno explores the dialogue between contemporary electronic music, industrial architecture and cultural heritage. Rooted in the history of the Ruhr Area, the festival draws inspiration from a region shaped by solidarity, transformation and a strong sense of community. For its sixth edition, Stone Techno continues to develop its distinctive music-first approach through carefully curated lineups, immersive site-specific production and a deep connection to its surroundings. Alongside the festival, the Curation Series returns, inviting selected artists to contribute exclusive vinyl releases and floor curations that extend the festival's artistic vision beyond the dancefloor.
