Description
City Slang Xmas Party - one night only! Sydney's sax-and-drums duo Party Dozen hit London, two people making the noise of ten: Kirsty Tickle howling into the bell of her saxophone, Jonathan Boulet hitting the drums like they owe him money. The songs from new album 21 Bum Salute get pulled apart and rebuilt on the spot, and nobody in the room knows exactly where it's going, including them. Joining them are City Slang labelmates Die Anstalt. The Berlin trio weld early EBM and synth-punk to post-punk and reverb-soaked surf guitar, and arrive fresh from the reissue of their self-titled debut.
