Inafekt joins us on November 13th and one of London’s latest venues, radial. Expect classic hard house, trance and progressive house sounds as he is joined by a special guest. Inafekt is the project of UK-born DJ and producer Charlie Gray, whose trajectory has unfolded through persistence, instinct and an ongoing search for what feels missing on the dancefloor. Emerging from years of studio work and deep record digging in Liverpool, his sound has developed in the space between established genres, shaped as much by underground intensity as by a wider, more emotive club tradition. Rather than settling into a fixed stylistic lane, Inafekt’s sets move through tension, weight and release, drawing connections across scenes and eras while remaining firmly focused on physical dancefloor impact. Recent years have seen his productions gain quiet but meaningful support from respected selectors, alongside a growing run of performances across the UK, Europe and Australia that mark the early stages of an expanding international presence. At its core, the project is driven by intent rather than momentum: a desire to create and play the music he feels is absent elsewhere. Still unfolding and deliberately resistant to easy definition, Inafekt represents a long-term commitment to depth, pressure and the evolving language of club music.
