French live act Oden & Fatzo return to New York for a headline performance at 99 Scott in Brooklyn. Built around live performance rather than a traditional DJ set, their music moves through house, UK garage, minimal, funk, jazz, hip hop, and broken rhythms, bringing together the wide range of influences that originally connected the project in Paris. Their breakthrough came through their house interpretation of Men I Trust’s “Lauren,” a record that has since surpassed 80 million streams on Spotify. Their profile grew further following their 2022 Boiler Room appearance at FLY Open Air, where their live setup and musicianship reached an international audience. Since then, Oden & Fatzo have continued to expand their catalog through releases including “Lady Love” with Camden Cox on Defected Records and “Tell Me What You Want” with Poppy Baskcomb. Their music has also appeared across labels including Hedzup, Locus, MicroHertz, Knee Deep In Sound, and Saké Records, the label they founded to release their own music while working with artists from the French house community. Their touring history now stretches across some of electronic music’s best known clubs and festivals. They have performed at Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas, Electric Forest, Cercle Festival, DC10 in Ibiza for Solid Grooves, Ushuaïa for ANTS, and events throughout Europe and North America. For their return to Brooklyn, Oden & Fatzo bring the live show to 99 Scott, pairing the room’s warehouse setting with a set built around rolling house rhythms, basslines, vocals, UK garage, and funk. After previous New York appearances that introduced local crowds to their live format, this headline date gives the pair another chance to take the city deeper into the sound that has driven their rise.
