Join us for a visit to Shogakuji Temple and a zazen meditation experience in the morning, followed by the Fourth Global HR Conference in Japan Workshop Masterclass in the afternoon. As a general rule, registration is open only to residents of Japan. Participation Fee: JPY 10,000 Workshop participation is complimentary. This ticket provides conference access on November 13 only. Schedule 9:45 a.m. | Meet at Exit 3 of Nishi-nippori Station, Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line Please arrive on time. Participants arriving 10 minutes or more after the meeting time may be unable to join the temple visit and zazen experience. 10:00–11:30 a.m. | Shogakuji Temple Visit & Zazen Meditation The program features an introduction to Zen and a guided zazen meditation session led by Hojun, a Buddhist monk from Poland, in English. 12:30 p.m. | Building Entry Check-in Opens First Members’ Office Building of the House of Representatives 1:00–5:00 p.m. | Fourth Global HR Conference in Japan — Workshop Masterclass Venue: International Conference Room, First Members’ Office Building of the House of Representatives For program details, please visit the official conference website. https://www.ghrjapan.org/en/26ghr You may enter and leave the workshop freely during the scheduled session hours. However, entry to the Members’ Office Building requires completion of the designated entry procedures. Registration Information This package includes both the Shogakuji Temple visit and zazen experience and the workshop. Purchase of this ticket is required even if you wish to attend only the temple program or only the workshop. No discount is available for attending only one of these activities. Two-Day Pass — Limited Availability For those who also wish to attend on November 12, the second day of the conference, a November 12–13 Two-Day Pass is available for JPY 16,500.
