Through intentional sound and frequency, we soften the nervous system, quiet the mind, and open the spirit. Please bring water, a pillow and a blanket if you need. We have the mats. *Please be aware that the sound bath is accessed via stairs and are not currently step-free accessible. If you have access requirements or questions about attending, please contact us before the event and we'll do our best to help.Livia Kojo Alour Yoga Teacher | Sound Bath Practitioner | ArtistLivia is a multidisciplinary artist, certified yoga teacher, and sound healer with over two decades of experience across movement, music, and performance. Her work blends ancient wisdom with lived experience, offering heart-centered spaces for relaxation through Yin Yoga, sound, and voice. Rooted in depth, creativity, and a lifelong devotion to transformation, her offerings invite others to reconnect with themselves through embodied practice. Livia, who just returned from Nada Yoga (sound) studies in India, will offer a sound bath with an array of instruments inspired by traditional Tibetan and contemporary practices.
