General Admission tickets are included in all booth reservations.

  • This is a NON SKATING EVENT.
  • All sales are final. No refunds.
  • Valid Government ID required for entry. Photos of IDs are not accepted
  • Gum, outside food and drink is not allowed.
  • All bags are subject to search at the venue entrance.
  • Xanadu is wheelchair accessible and includes entry ramps and ADA bathrooms. Write to [email protected] if you require extra assistance.
