Pancho Barraza

Known across Mexico and Latin America as El Poeta del Amor, Pancho Barraza has spent over three decades turning romance into chart-topping banda, mariachi, and pop. The Sinaloa-born singer-songwriter first rose to fame fronting Banda Los Recoditos, where he pioneered the romantic banda style, before launching a solo career in 1995 that's produced Top Ten albums, hundreds of millions of streams, and collaborations with superstars like Julián Álvarez and Grupo Firme. His 2022 Mis 30 Aniversario topped both physical sales and streaming charts, a comeback as remarkable as his music. Barraza brings his signature baritone and catalog of beloved hits to the Save Mart Center.
