Facilitating with Confidence is a one-day practical workshop for leaders, managers, project leads and anyone who runs meetings, workshops, planning sessions or group discussions. Great facilitators do more than run meetings — they create the conditions for better thinking, stronger alignment and meaningful outcomes. Over the day you'll learn how to read the room, keep conversations moving, draw out participation from everyone (not just the loudest voice), navigate conflict and challenging behaviours, use your voice and presence to increase engagement, and land the plane by building commitment and clarifying actions.
