$80 for Italian Pasta Workshop with family style pasta meal (Paul Cullen wine and other beverages available for purchase).You can make pasta anywhere if you have flour and some sort of liquid. For Northern Italian pasta, that liquid is eggs. This workshop is about sheeting and cutting pasta dough into classic “long” shapes, such as fettucine, tagliatelle, and linguine. This is a hands-on pasta workshop.Bring your appetite!! Complimentary focaccia and dessert are included in the workshop!The Workshop:Chef Frank will demonstrate how to mix Northern Style pasta dough using flour and eggs and describe the featured sauce for the eveningChef Frank will demonstrate how to sheet and cut pasta lunga – “long pasta” such as fettucine, linguine, tagliatelle, and pappardelleEach participant will get a pre-made dough ball to sheet and cut under Chef supervision.What you will learn:The proper way to mix and knead pastaCorrect ratios of flour and eggs to make perfect pasta every timeHow to sheet and cut pasta using manual pasta machines.
