2027 Appleton Octoberfest PRE-CLEARANCE Food Vendor Form

All food vendors interested in participating in Octoberfest must complete the Food Vendor Pre-Clearance process before submitting an Octoberfest Food Vendor Application.This process allows the appropriate Fire, Health, and Electrical representatives to review your proposed operation and identify the space, utility, safety, licensing, and other requirements that must be considered when placing your operation at the event.Please provide information based on the complete setup you intend to bring to Octoberfest, including your food truck, trailer or tent; hitch; awnings; cooking equipment; propane; generator; exterior equipment; electrical needs; and other items that may affect your total operating footprint.You may be contacted directly by a reviewing department if additional information or changes are needed. Your pre-clearance is complete once all required reviews have been satisfied.Completing Food Vendor Pre-Clearance does not guarantee acceptance into Octoberfest. Once pre-clearance is complete, you will be eligible to submit the separate Octoberfest Food Vendor Application. The Fox Cities Chamber will then select participating vendors based on available space, menu mix, event needs, operational feasibility, and other event considerations.Final permits, licenses, inspections, and event-day approvals may still be required.
