CASA World Spine Day 5km Fun Run/Walk

"Spine Health for Life!” – Keep active and move for spinal health. World Spine Day 2026, awareness events will kick off in Durban on 11 October 2026. Whether you are an athlete, family, young or experienced, or looking to get active, then this 5km walk or run is just the thing for you. Starting at 8am from Masabalala Yengwa Avenue, outside King’s Park Athletics Stadium, join the Chiropractic Association of South Africa (CASA) for a fun-filled morning. This will not be a timed event, however the cut-off time for finishing will be 9:30am Entrants will receive a generous goodie bag and the first 400 entries will get a free t-shirt to commemorate the day. Event packs will be collected on the 10th October 2026 from 9am to 3pm @ beach hotel, 107 OR Tambo Marine Parade, Don’t miss out on this opportunity to meet the team from Straighten Up South Africa and CASA’s mascot, VerteBro, who will show you how to keep your spine healthy in a few fun steps. Your support will help! Proceeds from this event will go to the World Spine Care Africa Clinic in Hoedspruit, Limpopo, which aims to provide spine care for underserviced communities in rural areas.
