Blue Room Collective — Karen Carpenter Revue
Saturday, April 10, 2027
A heartfelt tribute to one of the most distinctive voices in popular music, Karen Carpenter Revue celebrates the timeless songs and unmistakable sound of Karen Carpenter, brought to life by acclaimed vocalist Shelly Fullerton.
With lush arrangements and the Blue Room Collective’s signature blend of intimacy and sophistication, the evening revisits classics such as Close to You, We’ve Only Just Begun, and Rainy Days and Mondays, along with deeper cuts that showcase the emotional depth and artistry of the Carpenter catalogue.
Warm, elegant, and deeply musical, this concert honours the richness of the original recordings while offering fresh interpretations shaped for the live stage. Shelly Fullerton’s performance captures both the vulnerability and clarity that made Karen Carpenter’s voice unforgettable.
A beautifully curated evening of songcraft, nostalgia, and quiet power — reimagined through the Blue Room lens.
