It’s been 2 years since the last Significant Others project and the band is back singing a new tune. Their new EP, “At a Distance,” coming out January 15th, is a slight contrast to the bright sounds indicative of their former projects. The mates have taken new opportunities, forcing them to take some space (literally), which has led to a new way of songwriting, at a distance. Each member now resides in a different city, requiring the process to be very isolated and independent. In this way, each member truly brought their own experience to each song on the new record. In anticipation of the upcoming EP, the band is coming to a favorite venue of theirs to showcase their latest songs.
