Whether you are seeking immediate stress relief, struggling with sleep, or simply wish to deepen your self-care routine, this session is your guide to a renewed self.No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is necessary.What do you need?Please wear comfortable clothing,bring a yoga mat and water bottle. There are chairs and yoga mats available to utilize for this session as well. Students are encouraged to have a journal and pen/pencil.
