Sewing: Stitched Creations (ages 9 - 12)

Stitched Creations Stitched Creations is an 8-week beginner sewing program for children ages 9–12, designed to help young creators build confidence, creativity, and practical skills through hands-on sewing projects. Participants will learn foundational hand-sewing techniques, basic mending skills, stitching methods, fabric handling, and creative design while working on fun projects they can take home and enjoy. Through guided instruction and creative exploration, students will develop patience, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and confidence in creating something with their own hands. Inspired by the belief that we are each uniquely made with creativity and purpose, this program encourages young artists to explore self-expression, care, and creativity in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether brand new to sewing or eager to learn more, participants will be encouraged to grow at their own pace while discovering the joy of making and creating. All sewing materials and supplies are included. At Trinity Arts Experience Centre, we believe creativity helps young people grow in confidence, connection, and resilience.
