Visual Arts: Art Lab (ages 10 - 13)

Art Lab Art Lab is an 8-week visual arts program for youth ages 10–13, designed to help young artists strengthen their creativity, develop artistic techniques, and grow in confidence through hands-on artmaking. Participants will explore a variety of visual art forms, including drawing, painting, and creative design, while learning foundational artistic skills such as colour theory, composition, shading, texture, and creative problem-solving. Students will be encouraged to experiment, take creative risks, and develop their own artistic style in a supportive and engaging environment. Inspired by the beauty of God’s creation and the belief that every person is uniquely made with creativity and purpose, participants will explore themes of identity, imagination, storytelling, and self-expression through art. Each young artist will create meaningful projects to take home while building both technical skills and creative confidence. At Trinity Arts Experience Centre, we believe the arts help young people grow in confidence, connection, and creativity.
