Jade Helliwell - live at St Nicholas', Beverley

A special acoustic Christmas concert - This December, Beverley plays host to one of the UK’s standout country voices as Jade Helliwell brings a special acoustic Christmas show to East Yorkshire. Described by The Independent as “the future of country music in the UK,” Jade’s journey has taken her from a chance viral moment on the streets of Leeds to sold-out tours, major festival stages and multiple award wins. Along the way she’s built a loyal audience drawn to her honest songwriting, warm vocal, and a sound that blends modern country with a distinctly British feel. For this festive show, things are stripped right back — an intimate setting, acoustic arrangements, and the kind of atmosphere that suits her music perfectly. Expect a mix of her best-loved songs alongside seasonal touches, delivered with charm, humour and real connection. Influenced by great storytellers like Dolly Parton and Patsy Cline, Jade brings a sense of warmth and escapism that feels right at home at Christmas. It’s a chance to catch an artist in her element — up close, unfiltered, and at the top of her game.
