Daniele Silvestri

Daniele Silvestri's stylistic hallmark combines the pursuit of a new kind of songwriting with broad public appeal, blending talent and tradition, expressive lightness, and civil commitment, as evidenced by songs such as Cohiba, Il mio nemico, L’appello, Quali alibi, A bocca chiusa, and Argentovivo, alongside evergreens like Le cose in comune, Occhi da Orientale, Testardo, Salirò, and La Paranza, to name a few. The numerous awards he has received (Premio Tenco, David di Donatello, Recanati, Amnesty Italia, Grinzane-Cavour, and Carosone, to name just a few) serve as further confirmation of his attention to others, as well as his gaze, words, and actions—always vigilant over the present, showing solidarity, lucidity, and generosity.
