This class will cover basic car maintenance, including how to check tire pressure, check fluids such as oil and transmission, replace wiper blades, replace light bulbs, and change air filters. It will also cover some basic mechanical principles, including how to spot brake failures, check tire life, decode check engine lights, spot belt failures, check battery health, and other automotive conditions.This 90-minutesession will include hands-on demonstrations and involve getting down on the ground to look under a vehicle. It will also include a Q & A section.Instructor Tim Nelson is a lifelong DIYer, mechanic, welder and tinkerer.
