The next course will run on Nov 22nd at Green Space in Nakano. Our one day course is limited to 6 people so reserve early to secure your place. Join us for a day of sound and vibration in Tokyo. Experience sound bath meditation for yourself, learn the history of singing bowls and their use in modern meditation and sound therapy and spend an afternoon of hands on practice with hand selected singing bowls from Nepal. The couse runs from 10am to 5pm with teaching materials you can take home to keep. Oct 25 Nakano 10 - 5 pm - 22000 yen. Your teacher Tim Exley has studied Hatha yoga, Kashmiri Shaivism and various lineages of meditation. He has 9 years experience in Sound meditation and healing. Trained in Nepal he offers sound meditation in Japan and elsewhere. The course is based on the 4 day course we teach at our ashram in Pokhara, Nepal.
