Longevity Rave

Are you ready for the healthiest high of your life?

London, we're back at Studio 45 at 45 London for another evening of dancing, joy and celebrating life, and this one is special. It's the first live night of the JoyScore Experiment, our open-science study into how joy, movement, music and connection shape the way we feel.

After an optional pilates warm up from 15:30, from 16:30 we'll share a short intro to JoyScore over drinks, and you can register your interest in our London study. Our JoyScore corner stays open all night, and from 17:00 the dancefloor takes over.

Expect a room full of every generation: first-time ravers and lifelong dancers, friends, families and strangers who'll be friends by the end of the night. No dress code, no rules on how to move. Just come as you are.

Leading the night are our founders, Tina Technotic and Yukari, two DJs from different generations who met on a London dancefloor. Tina discovered techno and started DJing later in life, and Yukari is a Tokyo-born DJ who found connection and belonging through raving. They're joined by Kazuki Takahashi and Emilion Dollar Baby of Berlin house music collective Resonance, bringing their own house music grooves to London.

Arrive early for a Pilates warm-up to a live DJ set from 15:30, then stay for the JoyScore intro and the rave. There are only limited mat spaces, so book the Pilates + Rave ticket to save yours.

Longevity Rave mixes music, movement and human connection, framed by real science. Because the dancefloor has no age limit.
