Craft Chocolate & Wine Pairing Workshop with Delavoye Chocolate Maker

🎟️ WORKSHOP TICKET INCLUDES GENERAL ADMISSION TO THE FESTIVAL 🎟️
From the origins of the cacao to the art of pairing, this experience with Delavoye Chocolate Maker is designed to slow down, taste intentionally and discover something new.
Discover where fine chocolate and wine meet in this indulgent tasting experience. Over 90 minutes, explore five thoughtfully selected wines paired with five single-origin chocolates, exploring how the flavours, aromas and textures of each come together. Delavoye's founder and chocolate maker, Antoine Lavoie, will guide you through the tasting while sharing insights into the craft of bean-to-bar chocolate and what makes each cacao origin unique.
Delavoye Chocolate Maker is Edmonton’s premier high-end bean-to-bar chocolate maker, crafting chocolate in its 124 Street factory with a focus on quality, transparency and refined craftsmanship. Their chocolate is made right here in Edmonton from carefully sourced cacao beans from around the world.
Come for the chocolate. Stay for the wine. Leave with a whole new appreciation for both. Taste Christmas Here.
