What Is This? Most of us know what stress feels like: the tight chest, racing thoughts, or a sense that you just can’t quite catch your breath. In the middle of a busy day, finding a genuine moment to pause and rest can feel almost impossible.Calm in the Chaos offers an opportunity to step away from the noise and make space for rest, relaxation, and clarity. The session combines a brief, plain-language look at how stress affects the body with a live sound experience using crystal singing bowls and other instruments. We begin and end with intentional breathing, creating space to slow down, listen, and simply be present for a moment. No special knowledge is needed. No particular belief is required. Just a willingness to pause. What to ExpectA brief, accessible look at how stress affects the body and how sound may support relaxation and regulation.Settle into a live sound experience using crystal singing bowls and other instruments, creating space to rest and listen.End with a few quest moments to breathe, notice your experience, and ask questions.Who Is This For?This session is designed for anyone who has ever felt overwhelmed, overstimulated, or like they just need a moment to reset, which is most of us.
