Join Dr. Libby O'Connell for an exploration of the history of coffee and tea in the colonies. Learn how coffee houses encouraged the development of new political ideas on the eve of the War for Independence. Libby is an active member of the Caumsett Foundation History Committee, author and former chief historian for The History Channel.
