LOUISE ROGAN is an award winning Folk Artist and has been described as having “ a voice of rare beauty and power” (Damian Liptrot, At The Barrier). Rory Stainbridge, FATEA said “nothing quite prepared me for the quality of Louise’s vocal and the on-set chemistry” . Singing original or traditional arrangements, she regularly impresses and is regularly asked back - “one of the strongest début albums I’ve heard in a while…a voice to remember” (Bob Leslie FATEA). She was described as “hugely respected...flawless performers” by Tim Fox, FATEA. She has delighted audiences wherever she’s played and the best bit - she is frequently asked back. She has played in notable Clubs and venues across the UK. Festival audiences include Sidmouth Folk Festival, Gate to Southwell, Costa Festival Ibiza and the UK West Coast Folk Festival amongst others. In 2024 she replaced an unavailable Cara Dillon at the UK West Coast Folk Festival and returned to the main stage again in 2026. She was invited to sing on two occasions with McCusker, McGoldrick and Doyle on one of their recent UK Tours. On this tour she is performing with friends Jimmy Patrick and Poppy Weatherill. SERIN is a Leeds-based queer/trans songwriting/folk duo, made up of Wren Boon and Lucy Bacon . They combine vocal harmonies, powerful violin melodies and gentle guitar to make a sound which has been described as 'summat a bit different’. They perform original and traditional songs from the UK and US, speaking to themes such as gender/queerness, birds and home/belonging. Fresh on the Leeds scene, having shared the stage with folk wonders including Melbourne Duo Charm of Finches, and English folk musician George Sansome, the pair released their debut EP in Autumn 2025. “Captivating [...] enchanting” - BBC Introducing Leeds. “I hope they soon produce a record as their lyrics are worth repeat listening […] Both performers showed themselves very accomplished singers with skilful harmonisation.” – Leeds Living “Very graceful, very beautiful [...] Giving those lovely folk tingles of warmer months.” - Get in Her Ears Soho Radio Show
