We offer camping gear rental services exclusively for use at the Mycelium Festival, as well as rooms and private houses. (Please read the terms and conditions below carefully.) Available Packages 1-Person Camping Kit 1 × Quechua 2 Man MH100 Tent (Fits up to 2 people) 1 × Arpenaz 20°C Sleeping Bag 1 × Arpenaz M200 Sleeping Mattress 1 × Waterproof Floor Mat ( 2 x 2.5 m. ) 1 x Pillow (A 2,000 THB security deposit will be collected at the service point) 2-Person Camping Kit 1 × Quechua 2 Man MH100 Tent (Fits up to 2 people) 2 × Arpenaz 20°C Sleeping Bag 2 × Arpenaz M200 Sleeping Mattress 1 × Waterproof Floor Mat ( 2 x 2.5 m. ) 2 × Pillow (A 2,000 THB security deposit will be collected at the service point) Rental Terms and Conditions Purpose of Use: All equipment is rented solely for use at the Mycelium Festival and is not for permanent sale. Tents are not provided ready-to-use: You are responsible for pitching your own tent. Security Deposit: A security deposit will be collected for each rented item, varying by item type. This deposit will be refunded after all equipment is returned completely at the service point. Rental Period & Return Deadline: All rented equipment can be used throughout the festival and must be returned in complete condition before 11:30 AM on November 22nd. Late Return Penalty: A fine will be deducted from the security deposit for any late returns. Damage to Equipment: In the event of damage to the equipment, the renter must compensate for the full actual cost of the damaged item. Other Conditions: Any other conditions are subject to the lessor's discretion. Room & Private House Details Great Location: Only about a 250-meter walk from the festival, which is super convenient! Amenities: All rooms include air conditioning, a private bathroom, and breakfast. Rates & Stay Dates: The room price is for a 2-night stay. Check-in: November 20, 2026 Check-out: November 22, 2026 Terms & Conditions All bookings are strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Please double-check before booking. Check-in and check-out times follow the hotel's regulations. Any violations will be handled directly by the hotel, and we hold no responsibility. Maximum guest occupancy must be strictly followed. Extra guests are absolutely not allowed.
