CELEBRATION OF US — HALLOWEEN

🩸 CELEBRATION OF US — HALLOWEEN

This Halloween, Reykjavík welcomes a true Chicago original.

DJ SLUGO — one of the godfathers of Chicago Ghetto House and a founding figure of the legendary Dance Mania era. For more than three decades, Slugo has been pushing the raw, rebellious sound of Ghetto House and Juke from Chicago’s underground dance floors to the world. He is also the founder of Subterranean Playhouse Records.

Joining him is DJ CHICA, one of the most exciting forces emerging from Vietnam’s electronic music  scene. Her track “Hotel Suite” was released on Slugo’s Subterranean Playhouse Records, followed by a DJ Slugo remix — connecting Chicago’s Ghetto House legacy with the new generation of Asian underground club culture.

And representing Iceland’s own underground scene:

HELLDORA b2b CARLA ROSE — two incredible DJs bringing their own energy, attitude and deep connection to the local underground.

LÍSBET RÒS — a powerful and distinctive DJ who has become an important name in Reykjavík’s electronic music community with banging electro / ghettotech.

Four different perspectives. Three scenes. One dance floor.
