Description
Mindful Connections is a weekly therapeutic group that welcomes mothers with children between 2 months to 2 years. This is a support group for women experiencing challenges in adjusting to motherhood; struggling to enjoy motherhood, meet their own needs, feel isolated, lacking support, and may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression.
