This live experience immerses you in Michael Jackson’s greatest hits, from “Off the Wall” to classics like “Thriller,” “Smooth Criminal,” and “Billie Jean.” Step back into the golden era of Michael Jackson with unforgettable choreography, lights, costumes, and music. MJ The Illusion is a must-see for music fans. MICHAEL KNIGHT as Michael Jackson. While many tribute artists learn by studying videos, Michael Knight took a different approach. In 2013, Knight worked with Travis Payne, Michael Jackson’s backup dancer and choreographer for Cirque du Soleil’s Michael Jackson IMMORTAL, to better understand and recreate MJ’s iconic dance moves. In 2014, Knight received vocal training from Jackson’s longtime vocal coach, Seth Riggs, helping establish him as one of the top Michael Jackson tribute artists in the world. Since 2013, Knight has performed with Legends in Concert and appeared in hundreds of shows at performing arts centers, casinos, fairs, festivals, and private events worldwide. In 2018, Knight performed for 60,000 people at the legendary Rose Bowl.
