MiraCosta Oceanside Jazz Orchestra (MOJO) has won 10 Downbeat magazine Student Music Awards since 2015, including the top award among community colleges in 2017, 2022 and 2023. The band will perform works by renowned past and present jazz luminaries, as well as compositions and arrangements by band members, music faculty, and director Steve Torok.
