As part of LiFE Festival Milano, Zona K presents an evening curated around the music and story of Nesa Azadikhah — one of Iran's most distinctive voices in electronic music. Nesa is a Tehran-born DJ, producer, composer and sound artist now based in Paris. From playing tonbak and daf at the age of six to DJing underground gatherings in Tehran at sixteen, she has spent decades building a singular body of work that sits at the intersection of IDM, breaks and atmospheric electronics. She is the founder of Deep House Tehran, a platform promoting Iranian electronic musicians, and co-founder of Makhunik Records and Apranik Records. A fierce supporter of the Women, Life, Freedom movement, Nesa uses her music as a form of civil resistance. Her 2022 compilation 'Woman, Life, Freedom', released with DJ Aida, led her to leave Iran for Europe. In 2024, she was named in the BBC's 100 Women list. In 2025, Mixmag included her among the most outstanding DJs of the year. This evening is more than a concert — it is an invitation to listen to music that carries real weight. Minimum age: 18+
