Inspired by vocalist Morgan's experiences living and working in the Northern Territory, the release reflects on the ongoing inequality faced by First Nations communities while paying tribute to the region's unique beauty and harsh landscape. Musically, it fuses groove metal, modern metalcore, thrash and hardcore into Vault Hill's heaviest and most focused release yet. Joining Vault Hill as main support are Identity Error. Since forming in 2023, Identity Error have become notorious in their local Naarm/Melbourne metalcore and hardcore scene for their high energy live performances and have opened for the likes of international veterans SeeYouSpaceCowboy (USA) and Bodysnatcher (USA), as well as Australia's very own Terminal Sleep and To The Grave. They are revered as one of the city’s best when it comes to beat down riffs, heavy breakdowns, crushing vocals and pit calls that would command anyone into the mosh. I Choose Violence are Adelaide’s deathcore heavyweights, dropping punishing breakdowns and blackened fury. Living up to their name they bring relentless intensity, crushing breakdowns, and an unfiltered energy from South Australia to The Retreat Hotel’s stage. The seasoned veterans of the SA metal scene with performances at Froth And Fury Festival and having supported acts like Bleeding Through (USA), Kraanium (EUR) and Zuko. Seventh Circle binds together five seasoned members of the Australian hardcore/metal scene. Utilising the years of experience between each member, bringing a dynamic and new sound to the heavy music scene. Mixing hardcore influences with metalcore, and delivering a high energy live show Seventh Circle effortlessly command crowds and whip moshes into a fury of what has been described as ‘double the front-men’ given the exceptional performances of both their vocalist Benn and guitarist Tim. Casino Blvd will be opening the pit and performing for the first time! Their blistering new single ‘Absolution’ has hit the Naarm/Melbourne metal scene like a freight train.
