Description
Deadly Dozen is a high-energy hybrid fitness race designed to test your strength, speed, endurance, and mindset, all in one unforgettable day on the track. The race format is simple but brutal: 12 x 400m runs, each followed by a strength labour. That’s 12 journeys and 12 labours, completed back-to-back on an outdoor athletics track. Movements include carries, lifts, lunges, crawls, presses, and bodyweight work… all clearly standardised and accessible, yet challenging enough to push even seasoned athletes. Deadly Dozen is open to everyone. You don’t need to qualify. You don’t need to be elite. You just need to be willing. Athletes can compete in: • Solos – take on all 12 runs and all 12 labours on your own • Doubles – race with a partner, sharing the labours while running together • Relays – team-based racing with high energy and shared effort But Deadly Dozen is more than just a race. It’s a full community experience, with a buzzing spectator atmosphere, vendor village, kiddies play area, recovery zones, and a beer garden. Families, friends, and supporters are encouraged to come along and be part of the day. Whether you’re racing, cheering, or just soaking up the vibes, this is an event built for everyone. If you’re looking for a race that’s challenging, inclusive, and unapologetically real — this is it.
