1. Event Overview The Pens Down Event is a safe, structured and fun post-examination celebration for matriculants. The event combines music, inspirational talks, mental-health awareness, games, food/snacks and social interaction in an All White Indoor Picnic setting. Objectives • Give matriculants an opportunity to relax and celebrate after a demanding school year. • Promote responsible celebration in a safe, supervised environment. • Create space for positive messages, mental-health awareness and encouragement. • Build positive connections among learners from participating schools. • Provide structured entertainment through music, games and interactive activities.
