Descripción
Synopsis : Ponyboy, a teen who lost his parents and lives with his two older brothers, Darrel and Sodapop. The Greasers ("outsiders") constantly clash with the Socs (privileged, upper-class kids). Ponyboy’s world is upended when a late-night confrontation with Socs escalates, and his best friend, Johnny Cade, fatally stabs a Soc to protect Ponyboy. Forced into hiding, the boys' time away culminates in tragedy when a fire breaks out, forcing Ponyboy, Johnny, and their older friend Dallas Winston to risk their lives rescuing trapped children. Johnny is critically injured in the fire, leading to a final, tragic rumble between the gangs that ultimately forces the surviving characters to face the realities of their choices and dream of a better future.
