Introduction
Working in aged care and community services can be rewarding, but staff can also experience workload pressure, emotional demands, challenging interactions, distressing situations and system pressures.
This practical and interactive session helps staff recognise psychosocial hazards, understand their impact and develop strategies to respond safely and seek support.
The session focuses on what staff can do within their role, how to maintain healthy boundaries and when to escalate concerns.

Practical strategies for boundaries, self-care, peer support and managing workplace pressure.

Understanding boundaries, responsibilities and escalation pathways.
