Match a Sponsored Instrument

Match a Sponsored Instrument Help make every gift go further by becoming a Matching Instrument Sponsor for The Katie Sullivan Instrument Library’s Holiday Fundraiser. During the event, guests will be invited to sponsor specific musical instruments by donating the amount needed to purchase a new instrument of their choice. By committing in advance to match one or more instruments , you can double the impact of those gifts and help create momentum during the Sponsor an Instrument portion of the evening. For example, if you commit to match three violins, we will announce that up to three violins sponsored by guests will be matched. If guests sponsor all three, your matching commitment will provide funding for six violins in total . This opportunity is open to everyone. You can match one or more instruments as a separate way to support the event, or add an instrument-matching commitment to a Gold, Silver, or Bronze event sponsorship to increase your visibility and impact even further. Matching sponsors will be recognized during the Sponsor an Instrument portion of the evening. Corporate matching sponsors will have their company name and logo displayed on the event screen , and their support will be acknowledged as the matching opportunity is announced. Individual matching sponsors may also be recognized by name, if they wish. Through conversations with Yamaha, Eastman Strings, and Long & McQuade, The Katie Sullivan Instrument Library has secured preferred pricing on many of these instruments, allowing us to purchase them at prices that are generally lower than standard retail pricing. The amounts listed below reflect this preferred pricing and include applicable tax. Choose the instrument type and quantity you would like to match below. Your selection represents a commitment to fund the instrument(s) chosen. Your matching commitment will be used during the Holiday Fundraiser to encourage guests to double the impact of their support.
