Terroir-driven Prosecco, zesty Cava, juicy Lambrusco, and, of course, a good handful of B.C. bubbles. You'll learn the tricks of the trade on how various styles are crafted, plus tips on picking out what you'll love from a wine list or a store shelf, and food-pairing recommodations aplenty.
