- New show Oxford - we're stoked to be hosting Goblin Band and Spitzer Space Telescope in Oxford on Tues 17th Nov with both acts touring as part of the label Broadside Hacks showcase this autumn. We host them at Fusion Arts space at 15 Park End Street - the first time we've run a show there and we're very excited!The London-based English trad/folk four piece Goblin Band are a sight to behold - with harmony singing and a range of folk instruments, they deliver an unruly alternative expression of English traditional music. They stunned us last year at Common Ground so we are happy to be under their spell again!They are joined by label pal Spitzer Space Telescope - the musical moniker of professional oil painter Dan MacDonald. Born and raised in St John’s, Michigan and now based in London Spitzer Space Telescope (SST) brings his boisterous, Irish trad-ballads, foot stomping work songs and dark American folk to Oxford for the first time!Doors from 7:30pm on Tues 17th Nov - all ages, wheelchair accessible show!
