This special prix fixe menu is a celebratory seafood focused menu inspired by the Italian American holiday tradition of Chef Dan Gleason's family roots. Prepared in the style of Sumac, cooked over a wood fire, and sourced locally within 150 miles where possible. The Tasting Menu is a multi-course omnivore's menu.
