Atomiser presents:

An evening of live music headlined by a rare London appearance from Tokyo-based underground musician Posuposu Otani. Having performed in London just once before, this is a special opportunity to catch him live. Also performing are The PGs and Sam Fenton (Bar Italia, Double Virgo)

Posuposu Otani:
Throat singer and songwriter Posuposu Otani employs an instrumental palate of open-tuned guitar and the Kohkin (Jew’s Harp) to create an impressionistic sound world that fuses rich harmonics and fluid rhythms, focusing on overtones and timbre. A prominent figure in the Tokyo and Yokohama underground music scenes, his journey has been profoundly influenced by his diverse experiences: his passion for punk, the time he spent in San Francisco’s skateboarding scene, and his travels through India and the Republic of Sakha to study the Kohkin.

The PGs (play the music of Flaming Tunes & more):
The PGs are Flaming Tunes originator Mary Currie, ex-Foley sound artist Alison Craig, Guitarist & acclaimed songwriter Nick Haeffner, and multi instrumentalist and composer Marcus Holdaway. In their interpretation of the acclaimed “Flaming Tunes” album, The PGs bring their usual “quirky”, whistles and bells type styling to the mix. They will also be playing a few left field covers and some kicking tunes of their own

Sam Fenton:
Sam Fenton is a member of London bands Bar Italia and Double Virgo. He will be performing a solo set.
