Juniper

folkandroots presents - Fresh from the vibrant Birmingham music scene, Juniper are a six-piece band hailed as pioneers of ‘cinematic folk’. As both longtime collaborators and close friends, they combine their collective musical influences on the stage to create a show perhaps best described as orchestral Celtic & contemporary folk.Their powerful sound is built on intricate yet accessible arrangements, evoking soaring orchestral textures which meld seamlessly with the fire of a Celtic session. They draw in their listeners with driving riffs, joyous tunes, and intricate textures and contrast this by stripping back the sound world, returning to their roots of listening to and playing folk music with mesmerisingly delicate and intimate arrangements.
