Get ready for thousands of visitors to swarm the historic downtown Main Street in Acworth, Georgia for the annual Acworth Art Fest, April 10 & 11. More than 100 whimsical and colorful artisan booths will line the picturesque street with their unique artwork and imaginative displays – which means lots of interested shoppers! Festivalgoers will be wowed by the community spirit and pride of this enchanting and dreamy “Lake City.” Splash Festivals Inc., who produces the “Big Event,” partners with the City of Acworth for this “magical spring show.” Co-owners, Cindy Flynn and Frances Schube, are excited to have the opportunity to create the yearly celebration of the arts for the enthusiastic staff, volunteers, neighbors and friends. Sponsors participate year after year, as the attendees are eager to learn about services provided by businesses and great leads are generated at the Art Fest.Weekend attractions will also include the popular Kidz Zone with creative children’s activities and fun surprises. Live entertainment with melodic sounds and energy will waft through the air in Acworth during the always-anticipated show. Besides the downtown eateries, shoppers will enjoy the yummy Food Court filled with festival cuisine from local eateries and food trucks.
