The Christmas office party is the big event in the social calendar of Buttons & Bows Promotions Inc., a time for the staff & bosses to let their hair down, celebrate the year's successes, & congratulate the Happy Button Winner of the Best Promotions & Events Award. However, there's more mayhem than merriment at B & B this year. The fight for the prize, which includes a resort vacation & a bonus, has been vicious. As the staff anxiously waits for the boss to reveal the final decision, a year's worth of inter-office rivalries, jealousies, & resentments gather with them under the mistletoe. FREE PARKING INCLUDED! Limited seats available; reserve early! Event Schedule 6 pm: Doors Open with Cocktail Hour (Cash Bar) 7 pm: Act 1 begins! 7:30 pm: Buffet Dinner followed by Act 2! Frequently Asked Questions How does the mystery work? What happens, other than “You’ll Die Laughing!”!? The emphasis is on comedy & shows are done in a dinner theatre format. Guests attending find a helpful ‘ballot’ at their table, to assist them in playing ’Super Sleuth’. Actors enter & perform scenes amongst them. These episodes introduce characters & motives while setting the scene for FUN! The action’s up-close & guests can get involved, interact with suspects - or just watch & enjoy! Then a dramatic (OK, Comic!) ‘Murder’ occurs. A break is taken for the fabulous buffet. Guests eat, discuss events, form theories & questions. The performance resumes with further clues & more comic scenarios. A “Kangaroo court” (mock trial) with a judge & bailiff from the audience ties up any queries guests might have. Attendees vote for 'whodunnit’, ballots are collected & Pegasus makes a presentation honouring the evening’s ‘Super Sleuth’. Does the audience participate? Individual guests have their choice. Sit back, watch & have a laugh - or question suspects, interact, join in as a Judge - get very involved if you’d like! Is there an age restriction? Yes, this event is 18+. Is there parking?
