Together we will explore Isolation and loneliness through shared experiences and open, honest conversation. we hope to build understanding, challenge the stigma surrounding isolation, loneliness and discover the value of human connection.There is no pressure to speak or share more than you wish. This is an opportunity to feel heard, learn from one another and recognise that, although our experiences may differ, we have more in common than we think.This event will be facilitated by Ruth (MV)
