So much of the conversation around fertility starts only once you're actively trying to conceive.

But if you know you'd like to become pregnant soon, you may already be wondering: Should I be doing something now? Am I taking the right supplements? Do I actually know when I ovulate? Should my partner be preparing too? Is there anything I should get checked before we start? And how do you know which one of the endless fertility advice online is actually relevant for me?

For many women, preparing for pregnancy can quickly turn into piecing together information from apps, podcasts, social media, Google and well meaning advice, while still wondering whether they're doing enough.

This warm, practical workshop is a chance to bring those pieces together.

We'll explore some of the foundations of preconception and fertility wellbeing, including cycle awareness, ovulation, your fertile window, nutrition, sleep, supplements, stress, lifestyle and partner health. We'll also talk about what is actually worth paying attention to before pregnancy.

You'll leave with practical information, greater clarity around your own fertility and a more supported, grounded way of approaching this season, without feeling like you need to optimise every part of your life perfectly.

And this journey can sometimes feel lonely even before you've started trying, there will also be space to ask questions, reflect and connect with other women who are thinking about many of the same things.

Preparing for pregnancy doesn't have to be something your navigate alone.

Tea and light snacks are provided throughout the event.
