Japan residents and visitors are both welcome. Kitano Autumn & Umeshu Festival Check-in 10:50; event 11:00–14:00. Meet on the left just inside the first torii gate of Kitano Tenmangu. Enjoy autumn leaves and the umeshu festival together. Lunch choices: 1. Konohana; 2. Jirokichi. Restaurants and the itinerary may change depending on opening hours, crowding, weather and other conditions. Seats are not guaranteed. Visitors ¥4,000 / Japan residents ¥2,500. At 18:00 three days before the event, the event goes ahead with at least 3 paid participants across both pages, after cancellations; with 2 or fewer it is cancelled. The decision will be communicated via Peatix messages. Cancellations and refunds: request cancellation through “Contact organizer” by 18:00 three days before the event for a full participation-fee refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Host cancellations, including insufficient attendance, dangerous weather or transport disruption, receive a full participation-fee refund. The host covers refund processing fees, including for participant cancellations received by the deadline. Convenience store/ATM payment fees and bank transfer charges paid at purchase are not refundable. Refund method and timing depend on the payment method. Light rain: the event proceeds.
